The submersible electric motor is the prime mover of an electric submersible pumping system. It is supplied with electrical power from surface via the ESP cable and converts this into meaningful mechanical work. It is directly coupled to the seal assembly and delivers the required pump torque via the shaft.
High performance stator laminations and rotors improve efficiency ratings to reduce electrical losses and lower operating expenses.
Borets offers motors with temperature rating upto 250 C, which is based on a closed slot design with enhanced polyimide magnet wire insulation. The motor is filled with highly refined dielectric oil that provides bearing lubrication and thermal conductivity and fitted with involute spline shafts to provide maximum torque capacity.
Borets motors are compatible with Viewpoint downhole sensor for real-time monitoring of ESP and reservoir parameters.
